Isidro Guzman Papers
Isidro Guzman Jr., a Catalog Librarian, left his collection of Mexican American publications and papers to Special Collections and Archives at TAMU-CC in 1991. They include Texas Knights of Columbus Historical Commission records, the Hi-Fairnessee Girls Club publications and local newspapers dating from 1926-1975.
James Allen Wood collection regarding South Texas Water Resources
The collection contains government and private studies on water resources in Texas with an emphasis on South Texas resources. Books from Judge Wood's personal library and five volumes of his personal poetry are included.

James Hawkins Sparks Diary
In the infrequent lulls between the many asperities of war, Confederate soldier James Hawkins “Hawk” Sparks would occasionally write short updates about what he had seen, done, heard, and what he thought about it all. These writings are all contained here in a well-worn pocket-sized diary.

Former Nueces County Commissioner and Sheriff James Patrick (J.P.) Luby Jr., fought for the perseveration of Gulf beaches for years. The materials include newspapers, correspondence, photographs, and political memorabilia from 1976 to 1996.
Jane Revel Franklin Johnson Papers
Jane Revel Franklin Johnson has had an adventurous life in East Texas as a child and young woman, then in traveling with her husband Jeff Franklin, a professional builder who built courthouses, schools, and municipal buildings throughout Texas and the South. After his death she married Fremont Johnson in Aransas Pass. They traveled to Europe, were active in many civic organizations, she immersed herself in writing and learning genealogy. Jane passed away at the age of 103 in 2020.
