Soundrecording and transcript of 42 minute oral history interview of Rockport, Texas resident Justin Holt conducted by TAMU-CC student Garrett Brundage. Justin talks about his efforts preparing for Hurricane Harvey, the damage to his house and Rockport businesses, and the relief efforts. He also compares his experience with Hurricane Harvey to his experiences with hurricanes as a child.
