Abstract
Regent Emerita Guadalupe L. Rangel was appointed to the Texas A&M University System Board of Regents by Governor Ann Richards in 1993 for a six-year term. It was a highly transformative period for the Texas A & M University System during which the System was expanded, and all System rules and policies were changed. Justin talks about his efforts preparing for Hurricane Harvey, the damage to his house and Rockport businesses, and the relief efforts. He also compares his experience with Hurricane Harvey to his experiences with hurricanes as a child.
