"Oran Warder Nolen, Sr." Nolen was an author of western lore, born in Rio Vista, Texas Sept. 7, 1887, he married Eula Badgett of Louise, Texas on March 15, 1924. He wrote "Galloping down the Texas Trail," "From Hell to Breakfast," "Mustangs and Cowhorses," and many articles. he died at age 90, May 1978. Articles, correspondence and news clippings are included in this file., 1887-1978
