Joe F. Garza Family Papers
Joe F. Garza was Ben Garza's brother. Together they founded LULAC in 1929, an organization established to coordinate efforts in helping Mexican American citizens obtain better schools and jobs. These papers include photographs, correspondence, and newspaper clippings from his service in World War I to his work in civil rights in the 20th century.
