Arrangement

This collection is arranged in a single series of six boxes. Three boxes contain depositions, two boxes contain exhibits, and the other box contains surveys, exhibits and other documents relating to the litigation.

Immediate Source of Acquisition

This collection was donated February 28, 2013 by Susan Leigh Brashear. Library Director Christine Shupala assisted with the donation as Special Collections and Archives was without a director at that time.
