Overview Dee Woods was a Corpus Christi writer, writing advocate, and was actively involved in the city’s civics. She was published in over one hundred publications, and founded the Southwest Writer’s Conference, which brought writers, publishers, agents, and editors from a national stage to Corpus Christi. This collection shows her relentless ability to bring people together and reflects her many contributions to the region.
Overview Gutzon Borglum was a world-renowned artist and sculptor, most famous for his creation of Mount Rushmore in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
