Scope and Contents This collection contains oral histories recorded by students in HIST 5370: Oral History-Techniques and Practices taught by Dr. Laura Muñoz during fall semester 2017. The students interviewed people in the Corpus Christi area affected by Hurricane Harvey, which made landfall along the Gulf Coast at Rockport in August 2017. Transcriptions are also available.

Scope and Contents The Jose Cisneros collection consists of twelve cubic feet of public documents from the court case including the court reporter's transcripts of the proceedings, records of appeals, numerous exhibits, and other items from the case of Cisneros vs. Corpus Christi Independent School District concerning segregation of Mexican American students. The Jose Cisneros collection represents a voluminous record of an important legal event in post World War II Mexican American history.

Gross collection consists of stock certificates for Texas Land and Title Company and Guaranty Title Company, and a book containing list of stockholders, meeting minutes, and bylaws of the Texas Land and Title Company as well as postcards.
