Y.O.U. Youth Opportunities United realizes that not all young people have equal opportunities. These gaps in opportunity prevent many youths from realizing their fullest potential. Y.O.U. utilizes three strategies, Advance, Build, and Catalyze to provide more opportunities for all youths throughout the community. The records include comprehensive strategy plans, steering committee meeting agendas, school programs, student surveys, youth resource directories, and delinquency risk factors dating from 1994 to 2002.
