Veterans Outreach Program - Private Industry Council (PIC) Training Handbook, 1989

This sub-series consists of materials relating to the American GI Forum’s involvement in the ROTC Program, SER/Jobs for Progress Inc., and the Veteran’s Outreach Program (VOP), as well as its own scholarship program. Each program offers a unique set of documents. The ROTC Program’s files are predominantly financial in nature, while the scholarship program consists mostly of applications for scholarships. SER and the Veteran’s Outreach Program offer the most diverse records, including publications, meeting minutes, by-laws, and correspondence.
