Nueces County Medical Society, 1980 - 1992

This small series is comprised of information about Dr. Hector P. Garcia’s work as a private physician after World War II. The earliest records include his medical license, dated 1940. Other files contain patient records (restricted), correspondence on general medical and health issues, forms, procedural documents, information on the Memorial Medical Center and the Nueces County Medical Society, physician permits, and prescription pads. There is not much material depicting the daily operations of his Corpus Christi medical practice or the activities of its staff members.
