Soundrecording and transcript of 24 minute oral history interview of Joshua Williams conducted by TAMU-CC student Angellysse Godoy. Joshua talks about his preparations for Hurricane Harvey including the process of debating whether to ride out the storm or to evacuate. He also talks about his experiences riding out the storm and whether or not he would do it again.
