This collection contains oral histories recorded by students in HIST 3345-America by Nature taught by Dr. Jennifer Brown during fall semester 2017. The students interviewed people in the Corpus Christi area affected by Hurricane Harvey, which made landfall along the Gulf Coast at Rockport in August 2017. Transcriptions are also available.

Severa and Ariana talk about their experiences during Hurricane Harvey and their experiences during Hurricane Celia. Severa also talks about her efforts to help the community with Harvey cleanup.
