Charles F. H. von Blucher Family Papers
This collection contains over a century of material from the Blucher Family; one of the first families to permanently settle in Corpus Christi around 1849. The Bluchers produced three generations of county surveyors, serving Corpus Christi and South Texas for over 100 years. Their legacy of public service helped shape the Coastal Bend into the thriving community that it is today.
Dr. Kenneth Maroney Papers
Dr. Kenneth Maroney, an athlete, a veteran, a coach, a consultant for the US Office of Education and a university president accomplished many goals in his life. His papers focus on the time he played for the University of Corpus Christi’s basketball team and later became the Presdient of the University of Corpus Christi.
